子供の誕生日お祝いに利用しました。お部屋に飾りをしてくれたり夜も朝もお祝いプレートを作って頂きありがとうございました。娘もずっと嬉しそうで帰りたくないと言っていました。翌日のアフタヌーンティーまで利用出來たのでとてもコスパがいいと思います！

Absolutely impeccable stay - a true urban oasis!
My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and efficiency. The check-in process was seamless, and I was personally escorted to my room.
The Premier Room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom with a separate soaking tub felt luxurious. Housekeeping paid exceptional attention to detail daily.
I enjoyed breakfast at Arts Cafe – the variety and quality of the international and local Indonesian offerings were outstanding. The pool area provided a serene escape from the city buzz, and the service there was equally attentive.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Every team member, from concierge to restaurant servers, remembered my name and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile.
The location in Mega Kuningan is perfect for both business and leisure, with easy access to premier shopping and dining.
Without a doubt, this is the benchmark for luxury hospitality in Jakarta. I cannot wait to return.

Very attentive staff. They read our message that we came to hotel to celebrate our 10th year friendship. There were little touches of surprise during breakfast and dinner. Customised pancakes and chocolate ice cream! And even prepared a cake in hotel room and wishez written on the mirror. Incredibly touched! Not forgetting a mini gift (2 lion plush toys)when we checkout! Room is big and expected of ritz Carlton, the classic bathtub by the window and tv. Cleanliness is top notch, highly recommend. Special mention to Pricilla. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and checking on us.
